I'm very happy I chose Computer Literate to work on my phone. They had just done a wonderful job troubleshooting my roommates new build computer and got it running perfectly. I smashed my Note 10+ bad enough to damage the display underneath, not just the screen. As soon as the parts arrived Andrew got my phone put back together and working. My work schedule can be difficult to work around, however Mark went out of his way to be available to help get me my newly repaired phone. An act I cannot express enough gratitude for. - 5/30/2021
